Evelyn is a self-taught photographer of Caribbean descent whose work centers on the beauty, spirit, and resilience of Black people across the Diaspora.
Based in Atlanta, she uses natural light and intuitive storytelling to capture both people and landscapes with emotional depth. Inspired by ancestral memory and the work of Gordon Parks and Vivian Maier, Evelyn creates images that preserve not only the moment, but the unseen histories and quiet truths that surround it.
Her work has been exhibited at Hammond’s House, Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, the Mayor’s Gallery, and the Fulton County Library.
